1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dripmax ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dripmax is an AI-powered outfit scoring application that analyzes photos you submit and generates numerical scores, style recommendations, and personalized feedback. The App is available on iOS and requires an internet connection to function.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dripmax. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may register using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@dripmax.app.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Dripmax offers optional Pro subscription plans billed through Apple ("Apple In-App Purchase").

  • You authorize recurring charges to your Apple ID at the selected billing interval (weekly, monthly, or annual).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

  • Manage and cancel your subscription via Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.

6. Refund & Retraction Policy

7-Day Retraction Window. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase or subscription activation to request a refund or retract your purchase.

After 7 Days — No Refund. Once seven (7) days have elapsed from the date of purchase, your subscription payment is final and non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any reason after this window closes, including if you no longer use the service or forgot to cancel before renewal.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact Apple directly:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID

  • Or: App Store → tap your profile → Purchase History → find Dripmax → Report a Problem

Dripmax does not process refunds directly — Apple is the merchant of record for all in-app purchases.

7. Restore Purchase

If you have an active subscription that is not reflected in the App, you can restore your purchase from Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchase. See our Restore Purchase & Refund Policy (CGV) at dripmaxapp.com/cgv for full details.

8. AI-Based Scoring Disclaimer

Scores, ratings, and recommendations generated by Dripmax are produced by an AI model for personal guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not represent objective fashion standards or professional styling advice. Results may vary and Dripmax makes no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you submit. By submitting photos, you grant Dripmax a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process those images solely to deliver your outfit analysis. Photos are never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

10. Prohibited Uses

  • Upload content that is illegal, obscene, harmful, or violates the rights of others

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI models

  • Use automated tools or bots to access the service

  • Circumvent subscription requirements or tamper with billing systems

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dripmax and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
